Minutes, not months

ReadLoud charges for the audio it generates and nothing else. No monthly fee, no yearly commitment, no feature tiers. Every pack unlocks every voice and every feature.

Pricing questions

What exactly is a minute?
Sixty seconds of newly generated audio at normal speed. A 1,500-word article is roughly ten minutes. Listening at 2x uses the same credit as at 1x because the audio is the same length.
Do minutes expire?
No. Buy a pack today and use it next year.
What is free?
One minute with no account, so you can hear the voices on your own text. Creating a free account adds 20 minutes. There are no ads and no upsell inside the reader.
Is replaying free?
Yes. Once a passage has been generated in a voice it is cached with your document. Rewind, re-read, or open the document next month: no credit is used. Switching to a different voice generates new audio, which is charged.
Are all voices the same price?
Yes. Fast, Studio, Gemini 3.1 and Narrator all cost one minute per minute. Precise word sync is included.
Can I get a refund?
If something did not work, write to hello@readloud.app and we will put the minutes back.
Is there a team or education plan?
Not yet. If you need one, email us; enough requests will make it happen.
