Terms of service

Last updated 13 September 2026.

The service

ReadLoud converts text you provide into audio for your personal listening. You are responsible for having the right to use the text you add. Do not use the service to produce audio for redistribution of copyrighted works you do not own.

Credits

Credits are minutes of generated audio. They are deducted as audio is produced, do not expire, and are not transferable. During the open beta, packs are added without charge; once checkout is live, purchases are final except where the service failed, in which case we restore the minutes or refund on request.

Fair use

Trials are limited per network. Automated or bulk use of the free trial, or of the service in a way that harms other users, may be blocked.

Availability

ReadLoud is provided as is. We aim for it to be available and accurate, and we do not promise either. Our liability is limited to the value of the minutes in your account.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
